Our Company's Strengths

  • Leveraging our varied and extensive experience in the manufacture of molds, we make efforts to handle the repair and maintenance of molds that are difficult to have serviced because they were made overseas or by manufacturers who have gone out of business.
  • Hereafter, we'll proactively seek to investigate and establish novel and challenging techniques for the manufacture of molds, including such methods as the use of fluorine, while keeping in mind shorter delivery times and cost reduction.
  • Furthermore, by incorporating techniques such as laser processing that are not found at other companies, we will seek to expand the market in areas pursuing security and design and in product and medical system development.

Know-How

By responding to customers' sophisticated demands on an extraordinarily wide variety of products ranging from those demanding a high degree of precision, such as cameras, medical systems, and engine cylinder-related parts, to those demanding a refined exterior appearance, such as cosmetic and stationery products, our company has established a body of know-how out of accumulated experience and results.

The Strength of Proposals

In addition to the wealth of experience in various product fields, we have also established mold design techniques for a huge variety of resins (from materials compounded with glass and metals to specialty mirrored surfaces). We have attained the trust of many customers for our proactive handling of mold proposals including proposals for improvements on shaping ability (moldability/releasability) for products.

Speed

We arrange for an environment that can handle mold manufacturing prioritizing speed by leveraging our network.

Rotational De-molding

By capitalizing on the techniques of master production for the knobs and drive-type parts we produced when first launched, we have accumulated a wealth of accomplishments concerning rotating-type molds for worm and bevel gears and for twisted components such as screws.

Laser Processing

We possess stage-equipped three-dimensional laser processing machinery unlike that at other companies and implement micro-processing at a minimum diameter of 0.03mm even with hard-to-process materials such as cemented carbide, various kinds of ceramics, and diamond materials.

galley

There are many possibilities with cutting-edge laser processing machines.

Our company has expanded the scope of its processing capabilities broadly with a complete range of equipment including milling machines, NC lathes, and electrical discharge machinery and with stage-equipped three-dimensional laser processing machinery.
We use these laser processing machines to conduct experiments, research, and development; currently, we are researching manufacturing processes using ceramic as a material.

Our Other Capabilities

In the category of molds

Fields in which we expect to grow domestically hereafter.
Medical device-related areas (including, by extension, the healthcare industry).
Robotics industry-related areas (Japan's leading technology).
Prototype development areas necessary and related to the above.

In the category of laser processing Areas

Areas capitalizing on fine yet load-free processing
Areas leveraging product security and distinctive techniques
Areas in which design and subtle expression come into play
Areas requiring the processing of difficult materials such as diamond, ceramic, and cemented carbide

Connections with Japanese companies and local companies in other countries

Coordination with businesses who have launched in Southeast Asia
Because the importance of support businesses who solve issues overseas has increased now that mass production overseas is mainstream.
Aim for both receipt of work orders from overseas and the formation of cooperation with manufacturers abroad.

Contact with businesses who have difficulties with repair and modifying molds.

For the solution of problems consequent to the cessation of business of domestic manufacturers
Link to the development of new customers by providing solutions for repair, retooling, and rebuilding needs,
which are caused by the culling of mold manufacturers and by the increase in foreign supply.
